MEET CEO & President

Ashley Sebaaly, M.J.

Ashley is a devoted wife and mom to three beautiful children. In 2012, she experienced a miscarriage two months into her pregnancy, an experience that profoundly changed her life. Thankfully, Ashley was able to conceive again and now cherishes her three wonderful children with her husband and best friend, Tony. During the early years of mommahood, Ashley often felt isolated, silently grappling with the loss of her first baby and the challenges she faced with each pregnancy and birth.

Miracle Mommas began as a charitable initiative in 2021, aimed at providing angel keychain keepsakes to families with babies in the NICU and those who have experienced stillbirth. By 2025, Ashley elevated her charity project by establishing Miracle Mommas as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Ashley launched Miracle Mommas not for her own healing but in the memory of her lost baby and to support current and future generations of mommas. Mirale Mommas offers comfort and to moms grieving through miscarriage or stillbirth, connects them with valuable resources, and advocates for Maternal Health Legislation.

Ashley was awarded the President's Award, Silver Medal, in 2024 for her outstanding contributions in Maternal Health and volunteerism. Crowned United States of America's Mrs. Illinois 2025. In 2025, SITI Girl awarded Ashley with the SITI Girl The Walker Change Agent Award. This award recognizes women dedicated to advocacy and outreach.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University and a M.J. in Compliance and Risk Management from Drake University Law School.

Meet vice President & Treasurer

Tony Sebaaly

Tony is a devoted father of three children with his wife, Ashley. Together, they transformed Miracle Mommas from a charitable initiative into a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a father, Tony has a unique perspective on how the loss of a baby can impact men, and he understands the importance of being a supportive partner for a mother, recognizing the delicate balance it requires.

An enthusiastic home chef, Tony loves to prepare meals and desserts from scratch, placing a high value on fresh ingredients and nutritious dishes. He also enjoys golf, online gaming, and the process of renovating their nearly century-old family home.

He has always been passionate about understanding the intricacies of life and how to nurture it, which naturally extends to his dedication to family and community. When he's not in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or working on home improvement projects, Tony is deeply involved in the mission of Miracle Mommas.

Tony's commitment to both his family and the broader community is evident in every aspect of his life. Whether he's advocating for Maternal Health, spending quality time with his children, Tony embodies the values of compassion and resilience. His vision for a supportive family environment and a thriving community continues to inspire those around him, making a lasting impact on everyone he meets.

MEET Director and secretary

Catherine Arneson

Catherine Arneson has been an active volunteer within her community as well as nationally and internationally during the past 10 years. She has partnered with over 30 national and international charitable organizations, primarily focusing on the needs of women and children.

Every year since 2022 she has received a Presidential Service Award and last year received a Global Volunteerism award. In 2020 during the onset of a global pandemic, Catherine co-founded “Reigning Purls of Hope” providing handknitted baby hats to newborns in the NICU and PICU’s nationwide. Her leadership in this endeavor has brought many other volunteers into her organization. With this additional support, and

thousands of hats and volunteers later,  “Reigning Purls of Hope” has had international impact.

Catherine realized there is always more than can be accomplished in this area, so in 2023 she co-founded “You Gotta Have Faith”. This organization provides additional items like diapers, wipes, handknitted blankets and booties to hospitals worldwide. Additionally, it provides care packages for

women and children in crisis situations like shelters.

Being on the board of directors for Miracle Momma’s is not only an incredible honor, but it also aligns with Catherine’s passion for helping those struggling in challenging situations.
